The 2008 Harney County Fair, Rodeo & Race Meet, Sept. 2-7, lived up to its promise as residents enjoyed exhibits, rodeo events, horse racing, live entertainment, carnival, a talent show and parade, among other things. The 2008 Fair Queen Lindy Steeves crowns next year’s queen, Jeanne Hogan, on Sunday during the 2008 Fair, Rodeo and Race Meet. Carrie Milburn was crowned Harney County Fair Princess on Sunday.
