		<description>Has anyone actually ready this stupid law? Check out the part where the business owner is the one targeted and possibly fined if a person stands in front of his business and smokes. Imagine the case of a 19 year old with an attitude standing in front of a bar smoking. The bar owner can be fined even though the person is in no conceivable way a patron of his establishment. 

If enough people wanted smoke free bars and bowling, businesses would open to fill that need. I am a non-smoker possibly out of work due to this new law. We all don&#039;t need nursemaiding.</description>
