I would be interested to know how many times this incentive has been paid out since 2005 and to whom.

My friends in school would always come back after summer vacation, flashing gold jewelry and big wads of cash. It was great enjoying the largess of my homeys, eating at McDs everyday for a couple months, until they bought fat tires and flashy rims, or blew it on trips to Las Vegas.

This was back in Minnesota before global warming, and winter lasted 9 months of the year. Summer lasted 3 months, a kid could make oodles of money sweeping parking lots. But, who is going to listen to me and, I'm sure we're thinking career type jobs? I've never had a career so, guess my stint as a motivator will go unrewarded.

Well, why don't we lease some factory space and manufacture some stuff. You know, the kind of stuff that everyone needs to have to fill their space, and have stuff to sell at garage sales. Then we can collect more stuff and provide for dumpster divers so they can have a yard sale too. Think about it, this is what we do.

If no one wants to step up to the plate and have a turn at milking cows, who is going doing it? Maybe you'd like to spend eight hours a day tending to a machine punching out blanks in a cardboard box factory? Well, you could get educated and return to Harney county with your degree, and work for the gummint publishing papers. Believe it or not, that works. Especially if one needs a job to keep their idle hands out of trouble.
