Malheur Wildlife Refuge will have a “listening post” set up at Harney County Chamber Conference Room, 484 N. Broadway, Burns, 6-9 p.m., for comment on the preparation and planning of its Comprehensive Conservation Plan. An unstaffed display will also be at the Chamber Office.

Harney County Health District board of directors meets the fourth Wednesday of each month in the board conference room of the hospital, in the entrance off N. Grand, at 6 p.m.

Burns City Council meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at Burns City Hall, 242 South Broadway, at 6 p.m.

High Desert Park and Recreation District board of directors meets the fourth Wednesday of each month in their office at Lincoln building, 550 North Court, at 7 p.m.
