The Harney County 4-H Leaders Association will meet on Jan. 13  at 7 p.m. in the Harney County Courthouse basement meeting room. Agenda items will include upcoming leadership opportunities, fund raising plans and 4-H registration. The 4-H ranch horse committee will meet at 6 p.m. All 4-H leaders, jr. leaders and parents are encouraged to attend.
