Cassidy Anne Hurt died at her home in Sandy on April 22. 
She was born on Oct. 9, 2008, in Portland to Tony and Raelynn (Ernst) Hurt.
She is survived by her parents, Tony and Raelynn Hurt, as well as many other family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 30, at the Lynchwood Christian Church located at 3815 SE 174th in Portland. Burial followed at Springwater Cemetery in Estacada.
A memorial fund to assist the family with expenses has been sent up at On Point Community Credit Union. Donations may be made at any branch, payable to the Cassidy Anne Hurt Fund account number 1005223.
Sandy Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
