The annual Harney County Health Fair will be held Saturday, May 15, in the Memorial Building at the Harney County Fairgrounds. Fasting blood draw exams will be available from 6:45-10 a.m, and booths will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Learn all about staying healthy in your community. The fair will feature free and reduced-cost health screenings and over 25 informational booths featuring ways to take care of your health and wellness. The Burns Butte Sportsman’s Club will hold a May Playday on Saturday, May 15, at the trap range on Radar Hill. Practice begins at 9:30 a.m., with the shoot starting at 10 a.m. All levels of shooters are welcome. Lunch will be available.

An art show will be held in Seneca, during the annual Oyster Feed, on May 15. Art will be received on Friday, May 14, from 6 to 8 p.m., and on Saturday, May 15, from 8 to 9 a.m. Artists are encouraged to bring their own easels.
