A Bone Health Nutrition Workshop sponsored by The Aspens and Harney District Hospital will be held on July 29 from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Aspens Conference Room. Learn all the ways calcium improves your nutrition and ways to work it into your diet. The workshop will feature Sonni Svejcar and the “Better Bones and Balance” program.
