The Steens Mountain Advisory Council (SMAC) will meet on Thursday and Friday, Aug. 12 and 13, at the Frenchglen School in Frenchglen. “Twilight Party” will be held at the Kids Club on Aug. 12, from 8-10 p.m. The party, hosted by the Kids Club of Harney County and the Harney County Library is for kids in grades 6 through 12, who are in good standing with both the Kids Club and the library. The party will include games, snacks, prizes and music. Come dressed as your favorite vampire, werewolf or human from the Twilight saga. The Volturi will be waiting!
