A Cultural Trust public meeting, will be held at the Harney County Community Center, from 3 to 4 p.m. Oct. 29. Discussion will be held on the Oregon Cultural Trust programs and funding. For more information, call 503-986-0081.

The annual Halloween Parade in downtown Burns will be held on Friday, Oct. 29, at 5:30 p.m.

Reading Club meets at the Harney County Library each Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. Wear your costume and have a spooky good time on Oct. 29. Open to 2nd through 5th grade students. For more information, call 541-573-6670.

Have a chillingly good time at the Harney County Library teen Halloween party from 7 to 10 p.m. Wear a costume if you want. Free and open to youth in 6th through 12th grade. Must be a member of the library in good standing. For more information, call 541-573-6670.
