The Harney County Cooperative Weed Management Area will hold the annual weedy evening event at the Burns Elks Lodge on Thursday, Aug. 25. The focus this year is on the identification, control and management of Medusahead rye. Presenters will include Zola Ryan of the NRCS, Dustin Johnson of the OSU ag extension and Lesley Richman of Burns BLM. All interested are welcome.
