The annual Trick or Treat Street Parade will be held on Monday, Oct. 31, at 5 :30 p.m. The parade starts at the Burns Ford Lot, across from the Burns Elks Lodge on the corner of Broadway and Madison, and goes up and down N. Broadway. Children pre-school through fifth-grade are invited to participate. Pre-school children must be accompanied by an adult. Following the parade at 7 p.m., the Desert Historic Theatre will show “Dolphin Tale,” (PG). All seats for the movie will be $4.
