The Harney County Farm Bureau’s monthly meeting will be held Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 5 p.m. in the basement meeting room of the Harney County courthouse. The public is welcome to attend.
The Oregon Department of State Lands will hold a public meeting Wednesday, Jan. 11, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Harney County Community Center Conference Room, 484 N. Broadway in Burns. The meeting is designed to receive input into the draft Real Estate Asset Management Plan (REAMP).
The Harney County 4-H Leaders Association will meet Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 5 p.m. in the courthouse basement meeting room. Agenda items include upcoming leadership opportunities, fund-raising plans and 4-H registration. All 4-H leaders, junior leaders and parents are encouraged to attend.

Burns City Council meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at Burns City Hall, 242 South Broadway, at 6 p.m.
Bring babies to Lapsit Storytime at Harney County Library each Wednesday at 10 a.m. Enjoy music, stories, rhymes and fingerplays especially for babies and toddlers.

Burns Elks Lodge, 118 North Broadway, meets each Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
Alcoholics Anonymous meets each Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Foursquare Church, 74 S. Alvord, Burns.
