Celebrate SWAN Day at Harney County Library, 80 W. D St. in Burns, Saturday, March 31, from noon unttil 4 p.m. Local women artists will be on hand to display and share their works of art with the public. There will be exhibits of photography, beading, collages, drawings, handmade soaps, writing, sewing, and much more by the women of our community. Free and open to the public.
“How the West Was Fun,” a play by James L. Seay, will be presented by Diamond Community Theater Saturday, March 31, at 7 p.m. at the Diamond School Gymnasium. A late night snack will be available at no cost. Music will be by the .06 Ought Six Band featuring the Johnson Brothers.
Narcotics Anonymous meets each Saturday at 7 p.m. at Foursquare Church, 74 S. Alvord, Burns.
