The third annual Llama Pack Trials will be held June 9-10 at Myrtle Creek.
Obsidian Days will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 8-10, at Hines Park.
The 96th annual Harney County Pioneer Day will be held Saturday, June 9, at the Harney County Senior and Community Services Center, 17 S. Alder St. in Burns, with registration at 10 a.m., a potluck at noon and the program beginning at 1 p.m. The 2012 Queen Mother is Myrtle Christy and President is Louis Ash. The Harney County Radio Association meets every second Saturday of the month at 10 a.m. in the basement meeting room of the Harney County Courthouse. All amateur radio operators and interested parties are welcome.
Narcotics Anonymous meets each Saturday at 7 p.m. at Foursquare Church, 74 S. Alvord, Burns.
