“Meals Made Easy for Diabetes” workshop series will be held at the Burns Outreach VA Clinic from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6. This free workshop will cover meal planning, portion sizes, the Plate Method for making meal choices, foods that increase blood sugar and new recipes.
