Three seniors from the Burns baseball team were selected to play in the Oregon State High School East-West All-Star Series June 9-10 at Linfield College in McMinnville. Casey Heinz, Nolan Stampke and Tyler Cooper competed in two games on Saturday and a final game on Sunday. The West won the series two games to one. The West opened with a 4-2 win, and the East then tied the series with a 5-1 victory. The West team came out on top in the final game 7-3.
