A free concert and picnic, “Shine,” will be held Friday, July 27, at Hines Park beginning at 4 p.m. The concert will feature music from Anna Sali and Archers Rise and includes a free barbecue, games, jump houses, cotton candy and snow cones.

Teen Late Night will be held at Harney County Library Friday, July 27, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Open to grades 6-12.
