“A Bad Year for Tomatoes,” a comedy by John Patrick, will be presented Friday and Saturday, Aug. 17-18, and Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 25-26, in the former Lincoln School auditorium, 550 N. Court Ave. in Burns. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted. Profits will benefit future productions.

43rd Harney County Fair Demolition Derby will be held Saturday, Aug. 18, at the Harney County Fairgrounds. ATV Rodeo starts at 1 p.m. and the Derby begins at 6 p.m.

Farmer’s Market is held each Saturday throughout the summer from 7:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Hines Park.

Narcotics Anonymous meets each Saturday at 7 p.m. at Foursquare Church, 74 S. Alvord, Burns.
