Sue Ann Henkel, 51, of Nampa, Idaho, died Thursday, Jan. 17, at a care center.
She was born Feb. 28, 1961, in Nampa, Idaho, to Alexander and Juanita Tiller Henkel. She attended and graduated from Nampa High School.
She lived in Idaho and Arizona and was a homemaker and a horse trainer. Sue loved horses, along with dancing, country music, singing and the great outdoors.
Sue is survived by her son, Kris Copenhaver of Florida; daughters, Lyndsee Dunbar, Shawna Henkel and Dani Shaw, all of Nampa, Idaho; six grandchildren; and siblings, Wanda Courtright and Tom Henkel.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Jolene McCann.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at the Zeyer Funeral Chapel, 83 N. Midland Blvd. in Nampa, Idaho.
