James Everett “Muley” Seebart, 70, of Seneca, died June 22 at the Blue Mountain Nursing Home in Prairie City.
 James was born August 4, 1942, in Langdon, N.D., to Everett and Margaret (Dobrovolny) Seebart. He attended Seneca Elementary and Grant Union High School. In 1973, he married Cheryl Carr in Winnemucca, Nev. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Edward Hines Lumber Company from 1960 until its closure. James enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. 
He is survived by his brother, Bud (Alice) Seebart of Burns; several cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by an infant brother, George Seebart. 
A memorial service and potluck will be held Saturday, July 27, at 1 p.m. at Seneca City Hall.
