Harney County Fair, Rodeo and Race Meet activities — 4-H dog show, Stockhorse Futurity cow work at the Bell A Ranch, 4-H llama performance, children’s arena play day, food booths, Natural Beef grilling contest.

Burns City Council meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at Burns City Hall, 242 South Broadway, at 6 p.m.

Burns Elks Lodge, 118 North Broadway, meets each Wednesday at 7 p.m.
