Harney District Hospital will sponsor “Student Athlete Nutrition,” an informative workshop, which focuses on the value of energy bars and sports drinks, choosing the proper snacks and improving athletic performance through good nutrition, on Tuesday, Sept. 15, from 5 to 6 p.m. in the HDH Board Room.
