A community garden work day will be held on Sunday, May 22, at 9 a.m. The garden is ready to be planted, and plots are still available. Anyone wishing to participate is welcome to come to the garden at 550 N. Court in Burns. Wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels and hoes are still needed and monetary donations will be accepted.

Center Stage, sponsored by the Chamber Music Society, will be hosted by the Pioneer Presbyterian Church on May 22 at 3 p.m. Various talented people are invited to participate — solo or ensembles, dancers, singers or instrumentalists.
