Great Basin Saddle Club will hold the third buckle show on Sept. 18, at the Harney County Fairgrounds, starting at 9 a.m. with showmanship and English. A recovery group, “Celebrate Recovery,” meets each Sunday at the Harney County Church of The Nazarene, 311 Roe Davis Ave., in Hines.
