Preparedness Night will be held Thursday, March 14, at 6 p.m. at the LDS Church, 600 N. Saginaw in Hines. Information will be presented on how to prepare for emergencies, and demonstrations will be given on lighting, ham radio, solar ovens and the Harney County Emergency Preparedness Plan.
A Walking Class is held each Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. indoors at the Harney County Senior and Community Services Center.
