Harney Soil and Water Conservation District (HSWCD) will hold their annual meeting on Thursday, June 26, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Eastern Oregon Agricultural Center (EOARC) located at 67826-A Hwy 205 in Burns. A guest speaker will attend to discuss ag water quality and during the meeting, the annual work plan and budget will be approved.
