- Senior Citizen rate: (age 65 and older) 1 year, home delivery: $25.00
- Mail In Harney County: 1 Year: $29.00 6 Months: $17.50
- Mail Outside of Harney County: 1 Year: $35.00 6 Months: $20
- Mail Outside of Oregon state: 1 Year: $38.00 6 Months: $21.50
